Warranty

All CSS Tech products are warranted for one year from the invoiced purchase date. Warranty covers parts and labor for one year. Warranty does not cover any items that have been mishandled, misused or damaged.

The product can be returned for a refund only 30 days from the invoiced purchase date.

• Shipping cost and insurance for warranty service items are buyer's responsibility.

Shipping

CSS Tech will ship most of orders within 1 – 2 business days after payment is received and cleared. Most items will be shipped by FedEx ground service. Express shipments are available upon request.  If the shipment is refused or undeliverable, buyer will be responsible for both S&H charges (first and second re-delivery.)

Listed shipping cost on our website is based on FedEx shipping rate to lower 48 states by FEDEX ground service. If ship to Alaska , Hawaii , FPO, APO , & all other addresses can be ship by USPS  for additional charge.

Special orders, including customized products, require 3 – 5 business days. Additional time for quality control and diagnostic testing.

Most merchandise is shipped from within 1 – 2 business days from your order is placed with payment. Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available. CSS Tech recommends all buyers to check the availability when place order.

All pricing, shipping information is subject to change without notice. Final order specifications and amounts, including tax and shipping, will be communicated following receipt of your online order.

Returns

All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA number can only be issued through CSS Tech technical support department. Buyer must contact CSS Tech Computers Corp. . by phone or e-mail to request RMA number.  RMA number is valid for a 15 days. If buyer does not return the item/s within 15 days, RMA number will be voided. Any RMA returned to us with a RMA number past the 15 days, item will be refused and return back to the sender's address appear on the package. It is recommended that all returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or USPS Certified Mail. All return for refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

CSS Tech is not responsible for items that are mishandled, lost or damaged during shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the package.

CSS Tech will not accept any shipments without a valid RMA number.

All opened or used software are non-refundable under any condition.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

CSS Tech does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software.CSS Tech will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided therein. Buyer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, CSS Tech is not responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase under this agreement.

Florida ship to address must pay 7.00% sales tax.
Resellers do not need to pay sales tax.

CSS Tech accepts money order, cashier's check, personal check and company check (personal / company may take up to 7–10 days to clear from our bank).
